KlaroNail shipping, tracking and returns

Domestic United States only, out of the fulfillment room behind our Pensacola office. No warehouse in another hemisphere, no thirty-day surprise.

Timing

• Orders placed before 2pm Central leave the same business day. Everything else goes the next one.
• Average US transit is 3 to 6 business days. Florida and the Gulf coast usually see 2 to 3.
• Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses run 7 to 12 business days.
• We do not ship on federal holidays, and neither does the carrier.

Cost

The two-bottle KlaroNail pack carries a $9.99 shipping charge. The three-bottle and six-bottle packs ship free inside the United States. There is no signature requirement and no handling fee added at the end of checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, usually a few hours after it leaves us. If the number does not move for 48 hours, that is almost always a scan that did not register rather than a lost parcel; write to [email protected] and we will chase it from our end. Parcels that genuinely go missing are replaced, not argued about.

What arrives

Plain outer packaging with no product name on the box. Inside, your KlaroNail bottles with the shrink band intact at the collar, a packing slip with the batch identification, and on six-bottle orders a card with the download links for the three digital guides. If the band is broken or the pump is loose on arrival, photograph it before you use it and email us the same day.

Address changes and failed deliveries

• Address corrections are possible until the parcel is scanned. After that the carrier owns it and a redirect has to go through them.
• Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are reshipped once at no charge.
• We do not ship to freight forwarders, because a forwarded bottle breaks the batch record we are able to stand behind.

Returns

Returns run through the 60-day guarantee rather than a separate process. Email support, get a return authorisation number, send the bottles back at your own postage cost, and the refund is processed within three business days of arrival.
