Sixty days from the day your parcel is delivered. Opened bottles count. Empty bottles count. You do not have to explain yourself.

What is covered

• Every KlaroNail pack, from the two-bottle starter to the six-bottle package.
• Bottles you have opened, sprayed and used down to the last press.
• The full amount you paid for the product.
• The three digital guides stay yours. We cannot un-download a PDF and we will not pretend to.

What is not covered

• Return postage. You pay to send the bottles back, and we say so here rather than in a footnote.
• The original $9.99 shipping charge on the two-bottle pack, which the carrier has already been paid.
• Requests made after day 60, counted from the delivery scan rather than the order date.
• Bottles bought from a marketplace reseller. We can only refund what this portal sold. That is one more reason to order from klaronailspray.com directly.

How to claim, step by step

   Email the support desk

   Write to [email protected] with your order number and the word refund in the subject line. A reason is welcome but not required.

2. 2

   Get the return authorisation

   We reply within one business day with an RA number and the returns address in Florida. Do not send bottles back without it, because unlabelled parcels sit in the mailroom.

3. 3

   Send the bottles

   All bottles from the order, opened or not, in any packaging that survives the trip. Tracked postage is worth the few dollars.

4. 4

   Refund issued

   Processed within three business days of arrival, back to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own three to five days.

How often does this actually happen?

Roughly one order in sixteen ends in a refund. We publish that because a category with a zero refund rate is a category that is hiding something, and because it sets a fair expectation: KlaroNail does not work for everyone, and a topical spray on a nail is a slower, less certain thing than a pill for a headache. If you get to day 55 and nothing has changed, write to us rather than waiting.

One request. Give it the time the biology needs before you claim. Sixty days is roughly two months of new growth at the base of a toenail, which is the first place a change shows. Buying the six-bottle pack and starting the refund clock on the day it arrives is the most common way people talk themselves out of a result.
