KlaroNail refund policy

The plain-language version lives on the guarantee page. This is the wording that governs.

1. The window

Saltmarsh Topicals, Inc. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all KlaroNail purchases made through klaronailspray.com. The window opens on the date the carrier records delivery and closes 60 calendar days later. Claims are assessed by the postmark or courier acceptance date of the returned parcel.

2. What qualifies

Opened, partially used and empty bottles all qualify. All bottles supplied with the order must be returned, including any that remain sealed. Digital guides supplied with the six-bottle package are not returnable and their value is not deducted from the refund.

3. Amount refunded

The full product price paid. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are not refunded, because the carrier has already been paid for that service. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

4. Procedure

Write to [email protected] with the order number and the word refund in the subject line. A return authorisation number and the returns address are issued within one business day. Parcels received without a return authorisation number cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the parcel arriving; the issuing bank then applies its own timeline, typically three to five business days.

5. Purchases not made here

Saltmarsh Topicals, Inc. can only refund orders it processed. Purchases made through marketplace listings, resellers or any domain other than klaronailspray.com fall outside this policy and outside the authorized distribution channel described on the verification page.

6. Abuse

Repeated refund claims from the same customer, household or payment instrument may be declined. We have needed this clause twice.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable federal or state law.
