Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and the little it does collect exists so a parcel can reach you.

What this website itself collects

These pages carry no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. The contact form opens your own mail application and stores nothing on the server. Standard web server logs record IP address, user agent and requested page for security and are discarded after 30 days.

What an order collects

Placing an order takes you to the checkout operated by our authorized payment partner. They collect the name, delivery address, email address, phone number and payment details needed to charge and ship the order. Saltmarsh Topicals, Inc. never sees or stores a full card number. We receive the order record needed to pick, pack, ship and support your purchase.

How that information is used

  • To fulfil and deliver the order and to answer support questions about it.
  • To process a refund if you claim one.
  • To send order and shipping notifications. These are transactional, not marketing.
  • To meet accounting and tax obligations.

Who else sees it

The payment processor, the shipping carrier and our accountants, each limited to what their function requires. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. It uses one browser session flag to remember that you closed the offer bar, which is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device. The checkout and the fonts service set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete the personal data held against your order, subject to records we must retain for tax purposes. Residents of states with applicable privacy statutes, including California, may exercise access and deletion rights through the same address at no charge.

Children

This site and the product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
